Believe it or not, everyone snores. It just happens that some snores are more noticeable, some are more annoying, and others are just completely unbearable. There have been a lot of studies about snoring already and people have categorized the factors into two general categories — internal and external factors. Internal factors are caused by the person’s body — usually with one’s health. External factors are caused by the sleeping environment — usually the bed that one sleeps in. Regardless of what is causing someone to snore at a more annoying level than others, here are some general tips to help people with snoring problems.
