Air bed manufacturers would always say that foam beds will never provide the same level of medical benefits as their beds could provide. That could now change as Uratex has come up with a new product that could match the medical benefits of the air bed. This product is none other than the Uratex Orthocare Mattress.

Believe it or not, everyone snores. It just happens that some snores are more noticeable, some are more annoying, and others are just completely unbearable. There have been a lot of studies about snoring already and people have categorized the factors into two general categories — internal and external factors. Internal factors are caused by the person’s body — usually with one’s health. External factors are caused by the sleeping environment — usually the bed that one sleeps in. The New Generation of Sleeping Time | Uratex Blog
Things change so fast over the years that people have began to adjust their lifestyle because of these changes. A few years ago, it’s not fashionable to walk around with earphones on your ear. Today, it’s an accepted lifestyle to wear earphones all the time while carrying an iPod with you. A few years ago, the idea of carrying a computer around on your back seems like an absurd idea. Now, a lot of people carry laptops around wherever they go. A few years back, work hours should be around 8am to 5pm only. Today, people work in different kinds of shifts — some from 8am to 5pm, others from 8pm to 5am, and so on.
Get the Most Out of Your Mattress | Uratex Blog
I recently had lunch with an old friend and she shared to me how particular she was about keeping her bed clean. My friend and her husband made a rule that neither of them were to sit or touch or get into their bed, unless they were showered and wore clean clothes or pajamas. I reacted and immediately asked, “But what if you don’t take a shower in the evenings!?” and the other girls around the table nodded their heads. I’m actually laughing as I’m writing this, because as my friends and I have grown into the early 30s age category and many are now starting their own families and becoming homeowners, we’ve gravitated towards such kind of topics when we get together.
All the same, I took heed of her rule. Keeping your bed clean is a great way to protect your bed mattress and preserve it for long-term use.

How Often Should I Change My Bed Sheets? | Uratex Blog
There’s no magic number on how often you should change your bed sheets. But one thing’s for sure: a dirty sheet is a bacteria minefield.
Think of sweat, drool and (horror of horrors!) urine. Yes, accidents do happen at night, especially with children. Imagine sleeping on a bed that’s literally a breeding ground for germs and dust mites. Not a pretty picture, isn’t it? So, it’s good to change bed sheets even just once a week if you sleep in your pajamas. More so, if you don’t.
